Juventus defender Dani Alves has put himself once again in the radar as he refused to rule out an exit from the Old Ladies in the summer.
Chelsea targeted the Brazilian International before his high profile move to Juventus. The defender went on to contest against Real Madrid in the Champions League final last month which his team lost by 4-1.
The defender didn’t leave any branch as he played with prospects of a possible Premier League move in the summer.
The former Barcelona defender said: “I did not move to England last summer because I felt like I needed to learn how to defend better,” he revealed.
“You must be a very good defender to play in England and Italy could teach me a lot. I still hope I am going to move to the Premier League one day. When? I don’t know, let’s see.”
Dybala should move elsewhere
The Brazilian star went on to touch another leaf of a delicate Juventus tree when he spoke about his South American compatriot. The defender stressed on the importance of his teammate Dybala to move elsewhere for better spotlight. He said: “He should leave Juve someday to improve.”
Along with the Premier League winners, runners-up Tottenham Hotspur and Manchester City are another club aiming to sign the frivolous defender. According to reports in Italy, Spurs look to add more European experience to their squad. Manchester City, meanwhile, would be a likeable destination for the Brazilian. The right back previously worked with Pep Guardiola to win two Champions League titles.
