Mohammed Kudus’ agent has provided a significant indication about the future of his client, who is a transfer target for Manchester United, Chelsea, and Arsenal.
Numerous Premier League teams are keeping tabs on the Ghanaian international, with the Dutch giants allegedly open to hearing proposals in the region of £40 million.
Ajax are prepared to cash in on one of their prize assets after Kudus, who shone for Ghana at the World Cup, recently declined a new contract offer. His current term is slated to end in 2025.
This season, the 22-year-old has scored 22 goals in 48 games for club and country, and Mikel Arteta has identified him as a potential target.
Granit Xhaka is expected to leave Arsenal in the summer, and Arteta wants to bolster his midfield’s offensive output. He is also mulling over a move for Manchester City captain Ilkay Gundogan.

Meanwhile, Kudus collaborated with Erik ten Hag while the two were at Ajax, and United will have extensive midfield surgery in the summer.
The offensive midfielder has also drawn interest from Chelsea and Newcastle, and his agent has revealed that his client will most likely leave during the offseason.
“Mohammed making a transfer now is best for Ajax and Mohammed, I believe.” The time is now, according to his agent Jennifer Mendelewitsch.
Jurrien Timber, a quality center-half who has been linked to both United and Liverpool, is another player currently being fought over by Ajax.
Speaking to the Dutch newspaper Algemeen Dagblad last week, he said: “I met him here at De Toekomst (Ajax’s training ground), and then we spoke briefly and one-on-one.
“He spoke longer with my agent. As far as I know, Ajax wants to keep me here. Other than that, it is difficult to say anything about it. Conversations about this will follow soon.”
